There's something unsettlingly phallic about this thrusting monster of an RER train thundering into the antrum of Bibliothèque François Mitterand station on the line C.

Or so I amuse myself by imagining. What's scary is how close to the edge so many people stand as the thing rumbles along the platform. Although we've now got 'flux regulators' roaming up and down during the rush hour telling us to stand back for our own good. Quite right too.

I'm not sure exactly what's being reflected in the red blob but it's a good example of the fact that you never know what you're going to get until you click. And so I snap away, day after day after day...
