Strangers on the train, elbows nearly touching but a world away in their separate thoughts and imaginations.

Today's a stay at home day, apart from getting the Christmas tree, which is now done - to be dressed later on this evening. Homely. Will the dog attack it and want to play with the shiny baubles? We will see.

People clutching presents and packages, squeezing onto crowded trains, happy to get a seat with others standing and struggliing.

Me being sneaky pretending to play with my phone when suddenly, and quite by mistake I take the above shot, unplanned, unprepared, of my fellow passengers. Two elbows. For better or for worse.

There are days like these - wispy iPhone elbow accident days - when nothing much seems to be going on. And I guess there have to be. Final summary and concluding remarks: they never touched.
