Despite all better judgement it's difficult to prevent a slow, smouldering hate building up inside as you watch the 'client service personnel' behind those counters, living their lives, laughing and joking, disappearing inexplicably for indeterminate amounts of time as you helplessly, hopelessly hold number 408 whilst it's number 405 which has been displayed for the last 25 minutes...
You eventually get there, of course, but it gets you reflecting on life, customer service and time wasted when you could be doing far more rewarding things.
When in doubt, take a photo; that's my philosophy. And then write it out. Luckily the FNAC doesn't sell firearms... so I shoot away my frustration in other ways.
And why not...
