There's these little rings stuck into official buildings all over the city, and this is what they're for. Flowers of remembrance or commemoration for wars and wounded gone by.

The pop up especially around the 11th November but sometimes on other dates also.

In the UK we do poppies. Here they do wreaths and bouquets. The sentiment is the same.
