The Luxembourg garden has often smiled on wannabe photographers, and I'm no exception. If you catch it at the end of a balmy day magic can happen. And that's even without the strange statues and sculptures which pop up on a regular basis.

At the end of a balmy day there's not much more magical than the sun shining through the spring leaves as a child and her long shadow goes skipping by.

Time seems to stand still, until the little guys with their whistles come out of hibernation to signal it's time to go out into the big unknown streets of Paris... until tomorrow.
