A glorious autumn afternoon on the Port de l'Arsenal (actually the entrance to the canal Saint-Martin) in Paris at the Bastille. I think quite a few people get a surprise on metro line 1 when the boats suddenly chug into view.

The Dutch flag's looking a lot prouder than the French one in this picture for some reason.

There's also a delightful little garden you can stroll through as you admire the riverware. There are some beautiful specimens there and some quirky ones too.
